About Solshine Wellness

Solshine Wellness was founded in 2021 in response to high stress levels in communities and workplaces. Our mission is to increase access to alternative healing therapies: reducing stress and renewing harmony in individuals and communities. Individuals and groups (such as Phoenix/Scottsdale conferences, events, bachelorette parties, birthdays, and employee/corporate wellness) benefit from collaborating with Solshine. Elevated on-site wellness experiences include Sound Healing, Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Sacred Space Cleansing/Blessing, and Sacred Ceremonies. Clients of Solshine will experience a heightened sense of clarity, calmness, and connection.

About Lauren

Lauren is a certified Usui Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Yoga Instructor, and Sacred Ceremony Facilitator with a passion for inspiring health, wellness, and connection. She has a comprehensive degree in Public Health and has served in the Public Health sector for 15 years.

Lauren values accessibility of alternative health and wellness, having spent years serving those with limited access to basic health resources. She served in the Community Health sector of the Peace Corps in the Andes Mountains of Perú and continues volunteer work in her local community. Lauren is bilingual and offers her services in Spanish as well.

Lauren ensures her offerings at Solshine Wellness are accessible by offering a sliding-scale pay option as needed.
