Lauren was amazing! Very sweet, exactly on time, responded very quickly and her sound bath was amazing! I definitely came out of my body throughout our private group session. Was so sad when it was over. She also gave us crystals to have at the end. Definitely would hire her again!

 I would highly recommend Lauren for a Reiki session! I came to Lauren for a session because our current climate has created a lot of stress and uncertainty for me. Even though we had to conduct the session virtually, Lauren was incredibly personable and professional. I could sense her passion and felt her ability to focus on my emotional anxiety. During our session, Lauren was quickly able to identify the sources of my stress. These were psychological hurdles that I had struggled with my entire life. To my delight, Lauren was able to give me guidance about how to overcome these difficulties. I immediately felt more relaxed and confident about myself after our session. I will definitely be a repeat client and will look to Lauren whenever I find myself in need of emotional healing!

Lauren did a house blessing for our new home where the energy felt off since we moved in. I was really impressed by her work and it felt like a weight lifted when she was done.
